Aleksandr Artemovich (a.k.a. Sasha)
Commander in the Winterian Navy and old friend - I mean, enemy of Talasea. Aleksandr, called Sasha by his friends, has one brown eye and one blue eye, the blue eye highlighted even further by the distinctive blue scar across the left side of his face.
