The Eldest Ruler in Fortur, and a Freedom Fighter who sought justice for her people in Worlds old and New. Oknell-Rey fought to liberate her Uruk People from oppressive empire, and with her Warband founded the lands now known as Uruk-Myr.
Oknell Rey is a Half-Uruk and Half-Elven Warrior, but referring to her as anything But Uruk will surely draw her ire. Through her Warband Council of Okrams, The Oknell governs the tribes of Uruk-Myr in the way the wind might govern trees, she is seen by the Okrams more like a deity than a governor.
