  FormerMayor of Eastwatch, and a true Sailor, Cardiff Frent is an embodiment of the will of the wealthiest people in Eastwatch.
  In his Youth, Frent was known as a somewhat mediocre seaman, who would make cargo runs for Eastwatch on shallows routes. Through shrewd alliances with some of Eastwatch's best merchants, Frent was able to turn one ship into a thriving trading company branded as The True Sailors Fleet and capitalizing on the mythos of hardy seaman putting in a hard days work. Though mostly ignored by his fellow sea dogs, Frent quickly found himself a favorite seaman of the Eastwatch Merchants Guild and with their backing he was elected Mayor at the young age of 30. The Pleasure Houses of Eastwatch became world-renowned under his stewardship. He often held great tournaments of combat known as "Gauntlet of The East" and The Merchants Guild has thrived beyond belief in his time at the cities' helm. 3 years ago, then-mayor Frent found himself at odds with a rising faction within the city. Led by a young Pirate Known as Captain Omorfia, this criminal faction gained popular support among the least wealthy of Eastwatch's people and ultimately stoked the flame of a rebellion against both Mayor Frent and The Crown of Corfae. In exchange for his life being spared when the rebels took the palace, Cardiff Frent agreed to step down from governance of the city and entrust its' future to a group of merchants and rebels known as The Council of Roses. Now, in the new "Free City of Eastwatch" Cardiff Frent lives alone in a manor in the upper city.
