Witch-Elves of Morquettar
The Witch-Elves of Morquettar are a cult of zealots dedicated to the elven god of vengeance, Shevarash. Also known as the Angels of Loss, they are a dangerous and deadly force led by the warlock Morathi. They charge forth from their stronghold in Ysgard on crusades of destruction levied against those who have committed offenses against elvenkind or are the enemies of Shevarash.
Priesthood
While led by the warlock Morathi, much of the cult's activities are driven by the Coven of Five. The coven receives visions and omens from Shevarash, then perform divinations to delve into their meaning and open planar gates for the zealot warrior-monks of the cult to execute the will of their god.
Granted Divine Powers
When the Coven of Five casts scrying, they can target up to 5 subjects at once and are considered to have extensive knowledge of any individual creature. Their divinations have a save DC of 20.
