2025-02-13 The Alabaster Citadel pt. 2

Within the "moment" linked to Zariel's sword, we enjoyed a lull in the invasion of Idyllglen. We met briefly with Jhessa Brightstar, priest of Lathander and protector of 50 or so survivors within the temple of Lathander in Idyllglen. Cackling laughter heralded the arrival of Yeenoghu himself. A wave of demons preceded the demon lord, leading to a prolonged battle in which we called on all our most powerful abilities. Destructive waves, steel winds, and meteor swarms brought down the demons and beat down Yeenoghu to point that, when Zariel and her army arrived, the demon lord fled without a fight.

We stand now before the echo of Zariel trapped within the moment.
