Dwarf Male. Armorer who maintains a stand in the market square of the Protector's Enclave. Imports his armor from Sundabar, his hometown. Originally came to the area to join Gauntlygrym, but settled in Neverwinter and leads a comfortable life.   Arin
Dwarf Male. Expedient blacksmith with a near-black beard with veins of silver tied into knots and tucked behind his workman's leathers. Well known for his craftsmenship, specifically with regards to armor. He has recently retired.   Dannar

Halfing Male. While he runs a stand in the marketplace selling pies and vegetables, Jarvy dreams of being a performing bard. He has a purposefully low-brow, cheap laughs style of humor and bombastic storytelling style.   Mercato
Human Male. Properitor of Mercato's Maps. Though he is neither the original Mercato nor a direct lineage, the owner by rule of the franchise agreement takes on the role and operates fully in-character. It is said there is an entire tome of Mercato's journals that each owner is required to memorize from start to back as part of the negotiation process.   Millie
Halfling Female. Bar keep of Dancing Stallion Taproom and Tavern. A sweet, if not a tad feisty, halfing with curly light hair and bright green eyes. Fond of the adventurers who stay in the Dancing Stallion, loving to hear their stories and tales of heroics. Particularly fond of Parathrax and other knights in regalia or uniform.   Nagda

Human Male. Also called "The Captain," he is the owner of the Beached Leviathan. In his youth, he was a famous pirate of the Leviathan itself. He lost one of his legs in a fight with a sahuagin during his years of piracy. Despite his gruff appearance, he is a compassionate man.   Jyseria

Dragonborn Male. Bard and regular patron of the Beached Leviathan. Friendly and charming, happy to tell stories and lead drinking songs and shanties. Upon special request, he performs a heartwrenching dirge about a man who loses his family when a devil cultist family attacked.   Markul
Human Male. Regular of the Beached Leviathan. Known as "the lookout" of the tavern who is willing to speak up (or alternatively be silenced) at the approach of various factions of individuals, based on who was paying for information or protection. Unbeknownst to many, he is actually one of the more affluent members of Neverwinter's citizenry, keeping his post for fun and information than the coin he accrues.   Puk

Gnome Male. Head priest to Tyr who serves in the Hall of Justice. Presides over the civil court of Neverwinter. Close friend of Hlam who currently resides in Waterdeep.   Onan
Half-elf Male. Priest to Tyr. Onan has short brown hair and is missing several teeth. He was trapped in the Tomb of the Betrayers, a burial site near the Hall of Justice before being rescued by adventurers.   Silvarren Loomshank
Human Male. Priest of Helm. He had been ordered to reopen a shrine in Red Larch, but on his journey southward, only made it as far as the Talking Troll tavern in Triboar, where he found himself in a crisis of faith in himself and his superiors. He has since wandered to the Hall of Justice to be among other priests who try to gently nudge him back into his faith.

Human Male. Leader of the Nashers faction. Claims to be the great-great-grandson of one of the Neverwinter Nine who served Nasher Alagondar. He is seen as handsome man and described as charismatic, pragmatic, and honorable. Arlon firmly believes the ends always justify the means.   Deegan

New Neverwinter

Human Male. Former Open Lord of Waterdeep, Neverember left the city in disgrace, but has returned to his family's homeland to help the city rebuild. He is the defacto leader of the new Neverwinter movement and holds the title of Lord Protector of Neverwinter. He oversees the volunteer Neverwinter Guard forces and maintains a network of informants, mercenaries, and other agents throughout the city.   Benton

Human Male. Loremaster of Oghma who serves as a self-appointed keeper of the library at the House of Knowledge. After being accidentally sealed within the House of Knowledge during the eruption of Mt.
