Sulis Magnus Ravenna ends the Rule of Pirates in the City of Westgate and went on to found the Empire of the Imperium in -530 DR.
She conquered most of eastern Faerun. From Proskur in the northwest to Bath in the southwest to the Sea of Fallen Stars.
She famously crossed the Eastern Wall with elephants she had acquired in the Shining Plains. Her "Shining Plain Commentaries" are considered the greatest meditations on warfare written.
