Quintus Decimus
Quintus Decimus is the leader of The Shattered Hands and former adventurer. Quintus was born in Bath and rose through the ranks. He became a mercenary for his house and fought around the world. He fought against the Shoguns in Kara-Tur and was captured. He spent years in their service. He returned to Bath a wealthy man and promptly purchased his former gym. Within a few years, he purchased a large villa and transformed into the Shogi gym.
Quintus has written Meditations on Order and it widely popular among the elite of Bath.
