Influence

When you roll for persuasion or deception against a target wearing a uniform, insignia, banner or other indication of loyalty or service to a group, you do so with advantage. Should you fail your roll, they will take a special interest in your group, for better or worse.   

Ritual

Someone, somewhere declares war against the Querent, dedicating themselves to the destruction of the Querent. They become extremely dedicated and persuasive, able to convince others such as the enemies of the Querent or their witnesses to join the crusade against the Querent.   

Whispers

The Querent and the Witnesses receive flashes of insight regarding the newfound enemy.
