You can see magical auras, including those affected in one way or another by magic. 

Ritual

The Querent gains the reputation as a prophet. At least once a day, when a conversation may be overheard in public, an eavesdropper will be filled with the conviction that something that the Querent has said is the key to a life-changing truth. The Querent has no control over which statements the crowd will latch on to.  Affected people will change their lives to pursue their new truth. Others will openly worship and do anything the Querent asks of them, short of stopping following them. 

Whispers

As the number of followers increases, debates will arise among the faithful when conflicting statements made by the Querent are studied. They may even give rise to violence and schisms within the Cult.
