When this card spreads influence, rumors start that querent has the ability to grant wishes.

Ritual

You are granted a boon that you are able to spend on a strangers behalf. The stranger must have been unknown before being granted this boon. You are able to fulfill a stranger wish using the spell Wish.

Whispers

There are rumors and whispers that the Querent can fulfill wishes, but they are coupled with lies and falsehoods of what is required or to be paid for these in order to be granted. e.g. Whomever sleeps with the Querent under the full moon will have their wish fulfilled.
