captain spinach is one of the greatest sailors in all of foodland. mostly because she was the one who discovered the isle of coconuts, an island near foodland. When the civil war of power and dogs happened, Captain spinach decided to be on mr. apple's side.

Captain spinach always loved sailing the seas, which is why when he was offered to sail a boat to an un owned land, she got excited. not just excited, MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE EXCITED. the trip to the un owned land, soon to be known as foodland, was very very long. eventually, captain spinach and everyone else got there. few years later, captain spinach was exploring the seas of foodland, she saw a strange island and decided to go there. this strange island just happened to be the isle of coconuts, and the foods that were native to the island warmly welcomed captian spinach to their island. now, captain spinach visits the island reguarly.
