Choose a 20ft radius within range, several giant spikes of black iron appear and thrust inward into the area. Any creature in the area must make a dexterity saving throw or take 7d8 piercing damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that are large or larger or any creature riding such a creature make the saving throw at disadvantage.
At Higher Levels: when you cast this spell with a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each level after the 4th.
