Creation Weaving
Creation Weaving is one of four main types of Weaving that allows users to materialise objects out of nothing. Being spacebound, this type of Weaving is highly valued and respected.
As mentioned in the main article, Creation Weaving is characterised by blue threads. They can vary in hue, lightness, and saturation but don't overextend to violet or green.
The mana cost of Creation Weaving is directly proportional to the complexity and size of the object. Small ones require minimal mana, while complex can be demanding and take multiple days.
Manifestation
As with all Weavings, Creation too, begins with a formation of a single (blue, this time) thread between the Weaver's fingers. They can then manipulate and fold it to create planes and eventually solid structures.
Complex objects are created by weaving and assembling individual components. Creation Weavers cannot produce fully assembled, complex objects in one go; each part must be created individually and then put together manually.
To paint an example, creating a pen would require the separate weaving of the ink cartridge, casing, and nib, which then could be assembled into a complete objects.
Creation Weavers cannot create organic materials. Any attempt to weave organic matter fails.
Weavers mentally visualise the material they wish to create from. Simple materials, such as basic metals or plastics, require less mana and focus. Complex materials, like alloys or composites, require more mana and intricate manipulation. Certain materials, especially those with complex internal structures or rare properties, often fail to weave due to the mana it'd cost.
For Creators, there is no such thing as a work in progress. Weavings must be completed in a single session and if the process is interrupted, the weaving is cancelled and mana isn't refunded.
