13. Foes
The town is not unguarded. Foes linger in Ringhaven, not just monsters, but echoes of the people who lived here. Revenants patrol the streets, their faces obscured by cracked masks made of dried petals. They do not speak but scream when approached. Worse still are the scavenger cults who visit by night, harvesting tainted seeds and whispering to the Ring. They believe the town still holds power and seek to finish the rituals its founders began.
