Rocket Shapes
CNSPAC - has more center-heavy designs (like the SI-119 Fleetburner Supersilo Standoff Rocket), with rounded cones (like the CNV Imperator or C3-88 Blue Rampart II Screenersilo Rocket ) too. Is also the only faction to use cylinder designs (like the S1G-10 Kontos Siloguard Rocket )
PANTA - generally has more linear cones, and is the only faction to use wedge designs (KA-056 Kukri Fast Attack Rocket ). Many ships have a sort of 'four-leaf clover' silhouette while being a cone, like the R/B-119 Aggressor Superblitzer Ray Rocket and KI-11 Hunter-Killer Surface-to-Orbit Interceptor Rocket .
Doctrine
refer to this article for reference:
CNSPAC - Is more on the defensive, but can strike when needed with silo rockets and others. Likes bombers, especially supersonic ones. Has a substantially stronger surface navy than PANTA due to Cerulea's oceans. CNSPAC troops are a little more expendable.
Rocketry Preferences:
Silo
Screening
Guard
Bombardment
PANTA - Is more aggressive, with advanced interceptors (both air and space) guarding the 'flanks'. Likes interceptors for CNSPAC bombers. And air defense networks. Has a stronger army/marine ability thing.
Rocketry Preferences:
Blitzer
Ray
Interceptor

Landwar Doctrine & Design
On the ground, PANTA emphasises rapid maneuver warfare and a high tempo of offensive operations, while CNSPAC focuses on defense-in-depth and knocking the enemy off balance with combined-arms counterattacks.
MBT Design
CNSPAC specializes their MBTs into defensive and offensive lines (See Granit 3 Main Battle Tank and Broadsword N4A Main Battle Tank , offensive and defensive respectively). Defensive MBTs are more heavily armored especially in the front and slower, sometimes with a higher calibre gun. Offensive MBTs still have heavy armor but not as much, but they have a lot on the sides to protect them when flanking, plus they have more powerful engines to allow them to do that flanking and maneuvering.
PANTA does not specialize their MBTs. They prefer
Ordnance
CNSPAC - has more expensive and effective ordnance (missiles). Likes highly advanced hybrid-guidance penetration-aid equipped missiles. Mouthful. Likes laser weaponry with more turrets (engage more targets) that primarily serves a defensive role (point defense against PANTA missile swarms)
PANTA - has cheaper ordnance but is much more spammable. Likes few-turret offensive laser weaponry that can also serve a defensive role (big powerful lasers are good at burning through CNSPAC hybrid missiles). Likes smaller missiles that can overwhelm the enemy.
