The Stolen Hammer of Thunder

Rumor has it that long ago, a weapon capable of mass destruction was stolen from Zeus himself. It was hidden away within the deep caves of the Shadowfell, protected and hidden by magical spells and runes. There is supposedly a map leading to the weapon, though it has long since been lost.

While this rumor may be based in truth, there is no map to the hidden weapon. Rather, a map was created by the fallen angel Virgil in order to access another hidden item deep within the Shadowfell. Unable to access this artifact himself, Virgil created a map and had it strategically placed where adventurers may find it.

There is still a chance that the party could find the legendary Hammer of Thunderbolts in the Feywild. However, it is well hidden with few indications as to where it may be.
