First look

As you crest the final mountain, the plains of the Frigid Tundra reach out in front of you. For those of you who are less familiar with snow, it surprises you how many shades of white and blue shadow the landscape. You can see the

Auroch herds that roam the plains, scattered below like ants on the sand. You can see what looks like a nomadic camp set close to a herd. The howl of an Artic Wolf echoes off the mountains, and you can imagine that a pack in the forest off to the left is cornering their prey. Two huge mammoths wander seemingly without purpose near the edge of a frozen river.
The real show stopper, though, is off in the distance, on the far side of this plain, across a solid lake. It stretches high and tall, a castle of ice and snow. There, you suspect, is the residence of the Prince of Frost, the Fortress of Frozen Tears.
You shiver as an icy wind cuts through your clothes. Gellic, the hunter you seek, is located somewhere below. Hopefully it won't take too long to find him. The cold is already seeping into your bones.
Make a DC 10 Constitution Saving Throw to resist the cold, or suffer a point of exhaustion.
