Hikari District

The Hikari district is the home to much of Dewpoint's night life. It is common knowledge that this region is run by the Kimochi Clan, and the Okane Clan are constantly vying for a hold here.

History

Despite Dewpoint's fairly recent founding, this district is one of the oldest within the city perimeter second only to the capital district. Right in the heart of the city its fascinating night life drew tourists and transplants alike, forging the city itno what it is today.

Tourism

The nightlife in this area draws in tourists from all around, whether it be the beauty of Oiran Yua, the illicit gambling scene, or the many festivals; there is always something for tourists.
