Capital District
The captial district is home to the local government and authorities. It is where all the major infastrucutre details are handled. It is also home to the Lord of the land of mists.
History
The oldest part of the city, it is where the feudal lord built his home, and as his vassals lived near by the city began to form. It would become the first of seven major districts.
