Wild Magic Cursed

Wild Magic Cursed takes on the looks of any race as they were that race before becoming cursed by Caheli, Goddess of Chaos & Order. The reason why they become cursed isn't ever explained as it wasn't even planned by the Goddess herself, however the cursed is now intuned with Chaos Magic itself. There hasn't been a cure for this.

Wild Magic Cursed Variants

If you choose not to have a racial subtype, instead you can choose a variant. The Variants are related to what curse you have been afflicted with. Here are the following one you can pick;

Sub VariantsFeatures
Spell SyphonedSpell Syphoned possesses a unique connection to magic itself. It is said that Spell Syphoned are cursed with an innate ability to steal magical energy from other spellcasters, drawing upon their power to fuel their own. This rare curse usually results in a violent explosion from spellcasters in the area when the curse holder is first cursed with this.

Spell Syphon: As a bonus action, you can attempt to syphon magical energy from a spellcaster within 30 feet of you. The target spellcaster must make a Charisma saving throw against a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus + your mental stat modifier. On a failed save, you gain a spell slot of the highest level the target spellcaster can cast, up to a maximum of 5th level. The spell slot disappears after you finish a long rest. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, and you regain all expended uses after finishing a long rest.
Chaotic ResilienceChaotic Resilients possess an innate ability to harness wild magic for their defence. It is believed that Chaotic Resilients are marked by Caheli herself in a sick way of favour, granting them the power to manifest chaotic barriers that shield them from harm. Chaotic Resilients are often sought after as protectors or scapegoats by mages due to their innate nature to protect themselves from chaotic magic.

Chaotic Defence: Whenever you are hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to activate a chaotic barrier of magical energy. Roll a d6 and add your proficiency modifier. The total roll is subtracted from the attack's damage. Additionally, roll on the Wild Magic Surge table. This feature can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, and you regain all expended uses after finishing a long rest.
Wild ArcanistWild Arcanists have embraced the inherent chaos and unpredictability of magic by accepting Caheli's curse. Wild Arcanists walk a dangerous path, constantly on the edge of losing control over their powers. Some seek to unravel the secrets of wild magic and bring order to its chaos, while others revel in the unpredictable nature of their spells, embracing the chaos that surrounds them just like their uncontrollable goddess.

Arcane Instability: Whenever you cast a spell using your Wild Magic Affliction feature, you can choose to amplify its effects. If you do, roll on the Wild Magic Surge table an additional time and apply both effects to the spell. However, there is a 25% chance that the spell casted instead disappears and targets a random creature anywhere in the World.
Chaos ConduitChaos Conduits stand as living embodiments of the primordial forces of chaos and unpredictability. The origins of Chaos Conduits remain a mystery, with some believing that they are failures of those who try to break the chaotic principle. They can shape spells with unrivalled flexibility, warping the very fabric of reality. However, the power they wield is not without consequences. The chaotic energy that flows through them threatens to unleash wild magic surges, causing unforeseen effects with each twist and turn of their arcane manipulations. Some view them as harbingers of chaos, while others see them as catalysts of change and renewal; blessings of Caheli herself.

Chaos Magic: You gain the ability to manipulate and shape magic through the chaotic energy within you. You can choose two Metamagic options from the Sorcerer class's Metamagic feature. You can use these Metamagic options by expending sorcery points. You have a pool of sorcery points equal to your proficiency bonus. The number of sorcery points required for a Metamagic option is listed in the Sorcerer class's Metamagic feature. When you use Chaos Magic to apply a Metamagic option to a spell, roll on the Wild Magic Surge table. You regain all expended sorcery points after finishing a long rest.
