The Hadar
A Hadar is an aberration, it originally is part of a being known as the Origin Hadar; Agathys. However, once a creature casts Hunger of Hadar or Arms of Hadar and dies to it; A sentient Hadar is born from the Origin Hadar as it consumes the soul of the creature that died to the spell and replicates them into a Hadar; an offshoot of Agathys however they keep their orignal personality and memories. They are just shackled to the Origin Hadar, forced to abide by their wants.
The appearance of a Hadar is a cacophony of soft whispers and slurping noises that can be heard up to 30 feet away and are made a culmination of milky, otherworldly tentacles in a humanoid-looking appearance with many eyes across its body that can turn into mouths.

Gift of the Hadar: Once you are 3rd level you can cast Arms of Hadar once per long rest, at 5th level you can cast Hunger of Hadar once per long rest. You also know the Eldritch Blast cantrip with the Grasp of Hadar warlock invocation. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. Abyssal Body: You have resistance against cold damage. If you already have resistance to cold damage from another source, you instead have immunity to cold damage. If you already have immunity to cold damage from another source, whenever you are subjected to cold damage, you take none of that damage and regain a number of hit points equal to half the damage dealt of that type.
Hungering Tendrils: As a bonus action, you can cause tendrils to sprout from your body for 1 minute. During that minute, you can use your bonus action to target one creature within 10ft and make a melee attack which counts as a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient. You add your Constitution modifier, instead of your Strength modifier, to the attack and damage rolls when you attack with this tendril. It deals 1d6 cold damage on a hit. Creatures hit by this attack cannot take a reaction until the start of your next turn. This trait's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
