Planeswalker
Silver/Grey skin creatures, they come about when two planes collide against each other causing a ripple effect. Planeswalkers are birthed from this affect and are capable of traversing through planes due to not being bound by one. They make the twilight their homeplane as thats the between realms. Planeswalker are capable of travelling by summoning Tenser's Floating Disks and surfing them to travel through planes.
Their appearance is silver/grey skinned, and tend to have elongated limbs (basically stereotype grey aliens or silver surfer).

Traverse The Worlds: You know the Tenser's Floating Disk spell, and can cast it as an action a number of times equal to your proficiency mod. In addition as a bonus action, you can move your disk 30ft in a direction of your choice.
