Path of the Unbroken Body

3rd Level: Health Surge

When you enter your rage, your lifeforce surges outward. You gain temporary hit points equal to your Barbarian level at the start of each of your turns while raging. These temporary hit points vanish when your rage ends.   Whenever your temporary hit points are reduced to 0, you can use your reaction to brace yourself and unleash your vitality outward. Each creature of your choice within 5 feet must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save, they take damage equal to your Rage Damage Bonus amount of d8s and are knocked prone. On a successful save, they take half as much damage and are not knocked prone.

3rd Level: Flexing your Health

Your visible vitality and confidence draw enemy attention. While you are not bloodied (above half your hit point maximum), you can use your bonus action to taunt a creature you can see within 30 feet. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save, it has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than you until the start of your next turn.   On a successful save, the creature is immune to this feature until you finish a short or long rest, or until you are at your maximum hit points.

6th Level: Healthy Mind

Your disciplined body nurtures an equally resilient mind. Your mental fortitude is as sharp as your physical endurance. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened, and against any effect that would magically alter your form (such as polymorph or flesh to stone).   When you succeed on such a saving throw, you can let out a grounding breath, ending one charmed or frightened effect currently affecting an ally of your choice within 30 feet.

10th Level: Breath of Life

When your body nears its limits, you can will your vitality to renew itself. While you are bloodied (at or below half your hit point maximum), you can use your bonus action to end your rage early and release the stored energy within your body. When you do, you regain hit points equal to ten times your Barbarian level.   Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

14th Level: Healthiest Form

You have become the pinnacle of health; body, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony. Your lifeforce no longer simply endures harm; it adapts and strengthens in response. Whenever you trigger the reaction effect from your Vital Surge, you deal additional damage equal to your Barbarian level.   Additionally, whenever you remove a condition from yourself or succeed on a saving throw to avoid gaining a condition imposed by a hostile creature, your body adjusts to the experience. Until the end of your next turn, you have advantage on all d20 tests.
Barbarians who follow the Path of the Unbroken Body see their flesh not as a prison, but as a temple; one honed through discipline, endurance, and the pursuit of perfect health. Their training focuses not on reckless fury, but on harmony between strength, will, and breath. In battle, they channel their life energy into a living armour of vitality, converting pain into power. The more they are tested, the stronger their body and spirit become, for nothing unshaken can ever be broken.
