Ogrian
Ogres are a monster that has a single horn sprout from their forehead, these horns allow them to channel their inner strength allowing them to perform feats that usually their body does not allow. Humanoid variants of the Ogre is when an Ogre and a human have a child resulting in these mix raced "Ogrian" as society would call them. When the mother/father sees their Ogrian child at first sight, they are overcome with a vile cursed rage to commit Filicide. Typically an Ogrian fully matures and grows between the age of 5 to 10 and lives up to 30 years, some rare instances of Ogrians do keep the lifespan of their Ogre parent though, living up to 200 or more.
The appearance of a Humanoid Ogre is more smaller than their Ogre lineage as they retain a more human build. However, their distinct trait is the horn sprouting from their forehead and Wenge Brown skin.

Ogres Surge: Your horn begins to channel primal Rage. On your turn, you can take one additional action and your Strength Score doubles (To a max of 40). Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.
Powerful Build: You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift. Additionally you gain proficiency in athletics or acrobatics (Your choice).
Blessing of The War God: You have proficiency with 2 martial weapons of your choice, if you are proficient in all martial weapons then you deal an additional D4 weapon damage with the chosen two.
Monstrous Evolution
Ogrians evolve by consuming rare magical materials or precious metals (e.g., mithril, gold). Doing so toughens their bodies, making them larger, stronger, and resistant, they take on the appearance more of the materials they have consumed.
