Frost Elf
Frost elves originate from the twilight like most other elves, although they have a pair of fairy-like wings on their back that are frozen solid and can't be used. Frost elves either live within frozen lands around Ferra or come from the plane of ice, you can tell which they come from by the design of their wings as the ones that live on Ferra have a mark tattoo placed onto them.

Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
Magical Conversion: Any spell can be cast with cold damage instead of its original damage type (even melee spell attacks)
Fey Ancestry: You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.
Trance: Elves don't need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is "trance.") While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
Chilling Grasp: You gain the Chill touch cantrip and its range increases to 240ft instead of 120ft
Frozen Body: You are resistant to cold damage

Lifespan
Although elves reach physical maturity at about the same age as humans, the elven understanding of adulthood goes beyond physical growth to encompass worldly experience. An elf typically claims adulthood around the age of 100 and can live up to 750 years
