Dolphina
One of the UnderDeep races in Ferra, they take on the appearance of dolphins. Like all UnderDeep races, while underwater they do not have legs and outside they gain legs and a dolphin tail. Dolphins are majorly known to be scientists of the cities and are specifically grown up from birth to be so.

Doltounge: You know Thieves' Cant and know the Message cantrip without needing components.
Partially Amphibious: By absorbing oxygen through your skin, you can breathe underwater for up to 1 hour. Once you've reached that limit, you can't use this trait again until you finish a long rest.
Smart: You gain proficiency in a skill of your choice, additionally you have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws.
