Clockwork Draconian
Clockwork Draconian's are creations of a dragon fanatic in his youngers years, due to how they were made from the dragon weave they gained their own sentience and life, being capable of reproducing via creating children from their own parts. They tend to keep to themselves as due to their unusual appearance it creates some suspicions that they are celestal in nature.
Despite their draconic heritage they don't have the appearance of dragons or themes of them unless purposefully made to look like one. Instead their head is a giant pocket watch clock that ticks counter-clockwise showing how long they have of their lifespan. Other parts of their bodies are made of gears and cloth forming into a humanoid appearance.

Anatomy
Size: Medium or Small
Speed: 30ft walking speed (Heavy Armor doesn't reduce your movement speed)
Draconic Ancestry: You have draconic ancestry. Choose one type of dragon from the Draconic Ancestry table. Your Damage Resistance, Breath Weapon and Gear Colour are determined by the dragon type, as shown in the table;
Damage Resistance: You have resistance to the damage type associated with your draconic ancestry.
Breath Weapon: When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks with an exhalation of magical energy in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus). On a failed save, the creature takes 1d10 damage of the type associated with your Chromatic Ancestry. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage. This damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).
You can use your Breath Weapon a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Tick Tock, Time To Stop The Clock: At 5th level, you gain a second breath weapon. When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks with a ticking sound in a 15-foot cone. The save DC for this breath is 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus.
Each creature in the cone must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or the creature/s can't use reactions, its speed is halved, and it can't make more than one attack on its turn. In addition, the creature/s can take either an action or a bonus action on its turn, not both. These effects last for 1 minute. A target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Once you use your Tick Tock, Time To Stop The Clock, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
