Wolf Schmeck
Wolf Schmeck, is a member of the Committee of Public Command and the commander of the Department of National Health.
Biography
Early life
Being a werewolf, Schmeck was forbidden from receiving any sort of education during the Old Regime. He worked as a self-taught doctor, making him a frequent target of elitist taunts from his political foe, Alfred Masden.
Revolutionary activity
During the Revolution, Schmeck attended to wounded republicans, creating field hospitals in the forests of Guntreland.
Department of National Health
After the Revolution, Schmeck started a campaign of compulsory vaccination led by the Department of National Health and opposed by reactionary forces on the grounds of their superstitious beliefs that since vaccines contain material derived from a cow, they will make human flesh taste more like beef and therefore tastier to werewolves.
