Frida Hover

Frida Hover is a Guntrelandian public figure notable for her participation in parliamentary proceedings as a leading observer and commentator on the Assembly's gallery. She is sometimes granted the special privilege of being able to speak from the rostrum in spite of not having been elected, as a gesture of respect for her work in "promoting the Republican virtue of Truth, and of spreading word about the shame of those who break the Republic's laws."
