Ferdinand II
Ferdinand II von Sigisland was the Archking of the Archkingdom of Sigisland, the eighth ruler of the House of Liswerburg-Otterlon.
Biography
Ferdinand founded the Archroyal Academy of Science and rebuilt the old capital of Kelenburg.
He expelled all vampires, effectively the most powerful of all the aristocracy in the Archkingdom, in 186 (CC).
Ferdinand used the gold confiscated from the expelled vampires to build a large fleet of hot air balloons, plotting an invasion to quell the uprising in Guntreland. Both the fleet and himself along with the heir-apparent all perished in the Disaster of the Armada in 200 (CC). He was succeeded by the liberal Karolina-Louise, a member of a distant cadet branch.
