History
The Federal Kingdom of Neuland was formed in 1 (CC) at the Congress of Elisina after the Twenty Four Years' War and spans the entire continent of Neuland.
It is divided into 40 cantons and each new law must be approved by both the king, and at least 20 cantons holding at least half the population.
The king resides in the capital of one of the cantons, rotating every 12 years, and during that period the city serves as the capital of the Federal Kingdom.
