Congress Act
Congress Act is an international treaty signed at the Congress of Elysine at the end of the Twenty Four Years' War. In the countries of the Congress Order, it is observed as a milestone event starting the Congress Era. The Republic of Guntreland considers the Congress act null and void, considering it contrary to the natural law and natural morality.
Basic principles of the Congress Order
1. Each continent is a sovereign state.
2. Each sovereign state has one sovereign power.
3. Sovereign authorities guarantee each other's sovereignty.
4. The sovereign ruler of Sigisland is the first among world sovereigns.
5. When one sovereign authority is threatened, the sovereign of Sigismund will lead an action to protect it, in which all other sovereign authorities will participate.
