Adventurer's guild

The Adventurer's guild is the backbone of Faylor. All other guilds, legal or not, require their members to be, or have previously been, a member of the Adventurer's guild at some point. Upon the age of 16, or racial equivalent, anyone can join the guild regardless of race, background, or many other factors. This is of course, given that they are able to pay the admission fee of 1 silver coin.

Upon joining the guild, all Adventurer's are assigned the rank of Copper plate and put through a short assessment to determine what classes they have the options to take. For example, a young man with a high strength and lower intelligence, may be given the options of Barbarian, Fighter, or Paladin. By contrast, a young lady with a high Dexterity score and moderate intelligence ma receive options such as Rogue, Ranger, or possibly even Artificer if their intelligence is high enough to be granted. Upon choosing one's class, they are assigned a level of one and given the option to take their first quest. An adventurer of Iron plate or lower must take at least one guild mission a month to retain their ranking.

All plate colors are determined by combined level's acquired throughout all of their chosen classes. The plate levels are as follows.

Copper Plate: The starter plate assigned at level 1

Iron Plate: Attained at level 5

Bronze Plate: Attained at level 10

Silver Plate: Attained at level 14

Gold Plate: Attained at level 17

Orichalcum Plate: Attained at level 20, and the highest level possible to be reached while only using one class.

Mithryl Plate: Attained at level 30

Adementite: Attained at level 40
