Childhood
When his parents died protecting him and his younger sister Lastra from slavers, Fildor was orphaned at a young age. The duo were found and adopted by an elderly couple from Starmound of Phahn. They grew up in the business their adoptive parents ran, The Starmound Inn & Tavern. The Mestarines were a kind couple, much beloved by the town and its surrounding villages. They were well known to help any who needed, and often went out of their way to do so. And perhaps it is no surprise when Fildor and Lastra Mestarine grew up with the same ideals.Adolecence
It was these ideals that provided the siblings with a sense of wanderlust. He wished to travel so he could lend his aid to more. To those who didn't have anyone like his parents. So with the Mestarines' blessing and after much preparation, the two set off to travel the country.Adulthood
They were only a few years into their journey when the infamed War of Deprivation started. The brother-sister duo continued to travel throughout the war and did their best to help mitigate the destruction that followed on a local scale. By the end of the war, the two had become quite well-known for their resourcefulness and willingness to provide aid wherever possible. As they made connections, they began to piece together the truth behind the war's origin and upon discovery of the victor's true intentions, they decided to fight back and started a revolution of their own. They travled the Island of Iizbahlok, gathering support and put together an army. Their revolution took years to reach fruition but by the time they were ready to storm the capital, they had created a tight and skilled group of commanders.
