The IPRA has support buildings and stations both on planetary surfaces and in orbital stations throughout Boreal, the exact number hard to define, though the support services range from small community centres providing food and shelter to people down on their luck, to large encampments near warzones to distribute food and supplies to those in need.   The crown jewel of the charity is their headquarters on Fate, located outside the city of Nova the 600 acre stretch of land contains everything the organisation may need to engage in their support mission. From large hydroponic farms creating medicinal herbs, food, and fibers for creating bandages, blankets and tents, to warehouse's to store their supplies, garage's and harbours to repair, maintain and resupply their fleet of Frieghters and Cruisers. The area, known as the First Camp, is almost a small city, with families of people who work for the charity, people who have been rehoused into the camp fleeing from their homes, and even people who have moved into the area to support the charities efforts by bringing in their businesses.   Though registered as a charity itself, and offered tax benefits and even support from the government in Nova, the camp is still on Nova land, and not classed as being a complete part of the charity's benefits. Any area that houses or has businesses of people that are not a part of the IPRA's efforts are still classed as Nova citizens and subjected to their laws and regulations.

History

Established a few decades after humanity originally settled in Boreal and established themselves on Fate, there was a growing realisation was dawning on the newest members of this system. The need for humanitarian, if that's the term that could still be used alongside non Human people, aid was as present here as it was in Solar. The pre-established planets and people had thier own conflicts and wars, criminal syndicates and factions were rampant even on Fate - Civilians were being caught in the crossfires.   The Interplanetary Relief Agency was established by Wan Xiāo, grandson to the deep space astronomer and cartographer from the Genesis mission Hao Xiāo. Wan slowly began building up the IPRA to provide help, support and medical aid to civilians caughtup in attacks, wars or battles for power across Fate and Nohvis to begin with, eventually providing support to all people across Boreal.
