Silves
The city of Silves was built near the intersectation of the Springvalley Lake's river and Phoenix's Tail River . The land in this area is incredibly fertile and flat, as such the city soon became the largest agricultural hub in Neilhelm. The city has created a wonder of irrigation and water management to support the many farms and ranches that surround the city center where a large keep and several other buildings serve the otherwise sparse communtity.
