Effect:

1	You believe you are back in the event that caused this condition.
2	You are Feared by what ever triggered the save.
3	You can't think and are Stunned.
4	You stop and are in a daze. Unable to focus on anything. you turn is skipped
5	You become anger and lash out at those around you
6	It all come rushing at you. Take 2d6 Psychic damage.
7	You become very depressed. Disadvantage to all Ability checks
8	You get ill and vomit.
9	You no longer want to do what you are doing and now just want to leave the place you are.
10	You pull away trying to be alone
11	The pain of what triggered this show clearly on your face
12	Nothing but the sorrow of the memory
