The letter

Dear Madoka   My name is Amelia Pond, and even when we technically don’t know each other, I need your help.   Why your help exactly, well, unfortunately I’m not sure about why you. But the result of our investigation in the last 5 year, point directly toward you.   I would suggest you sit down, before you continue to read this letter, because even when I’m going to try to put it in the simplest of ways, the rest of this letter is going to get weird and complicated. I also hope, you have follow the instructions and read this letter before the dairy or you might be spoked already.   There is something wrong with Universe. At some point in the past, something that I think is called, A time explosion shattered it, leaving countless scars that we can perceive today. One of this scars can be seen in my bedroom, in my house. I appear as an ordinary crack in my wall, but it is of course, far from ordinary. Which take us to point number two, there is something wrong with time. Around 5 years ago time stopped behaving in a normal way, we expect it to behave, instead it is acting on a loop, from the 10 of March to the 24 of April. This month and a half has been repeating itself.   And how do I know this? Well because like I put before, the crack in my wall is far from ordinary and I do not reset with the rest of the universe, nor does the little cupboard, which lives in top in that wall, in top of the crack.   And this lead us to the diary, which is attached to this letter. Because you see, one of my friends went to meet you last loop, you had a little chat and you actually agreed to help us as long with our investigation, so you were instructed to keep a dairy of all your activities.   This is the diary, I have attached.
