Her connection to the group lies from the ruins near Lobos lagoon. The ruins seem to reflect an small town, semenly abandoned over night. The locals consider them creppy and even turist doesn't come around. Los locales las llaman las ruinas del lobo malo, but neither the ruins nor the name are well know outside of the local area.

She is tanned by her working as a guide in the lake. She is muscular and energetic. Always with an smile to her face, when she is with others.

She has tanned skin, brown eyes and brown short hair, that she normally adorn with local flowers. She is not tall, more likely to the small stature, but what, she miss in size, she got it in resourcefulnes.

Personal history
Elena feels drawn to the ruins, since she was little. Their parents work in the lake and even with their onminious fame. She started spending time in there. She also realized, that something sleep in their core, something dangerous. And that whatever it is, It keep at bay any other bady in the area.
She has helped her perents with the turist visits to the Lake since she was a babe, she understand the transational lenguage associated with turism and information. And she started doing her parents work, when she was old enough for it, 3 years ago.
She though of using her knowledge of the ruins to expand them to the turist, but most people are spooked by them and the ones who are not, seem to carefree regarding the dangers at its core. So she stoped them, until a very particular turist come thought, Melody. And her life changed forever.
Thanks to her, she learn about the mystery of the ruins, linked to the craks of the universe. She also learned about the magical girls and prisioner zero. And she decided to get an use of her turist training. She learn about the witches, her normal location and how the girls defeated them and them use that information to get some money after that.
She doesn't get attached to any of them, just like the turist, they all go away as well. But the girls seem like they are going to stay and that is good for her.

After the time loops started, she have made an habit of collecting information regarding the witches, from magical girls and them selling it to them back on the next loops

Elena is a social person. She know about how to play for an audience and how to sell anything to the right people.
Morality & Philosophy
Elena's morality is quite difuse. And a little bit clan based. There are your people and there are outsiders.
It's not like she would go out of her way to hurt anyone, but if you got something she wants and you are an outsiders, she will find a way to procure it. If you are a potential client for something she has, she expect to get rewards accordinly, unless you are one of her people. She, unlike her parents, prides to take care of her own.
