Marcellus Crowe
Dr. Marcellus Crowe was a biochemist and inventor who worked in cutting-edge agricultural research prior to the Great War. Driven by a passion for solving global food shortages, he developed techniques for rapid soil remediation and hydroponic farming. When the bombs fell, Marcellus survived by taking refuge in an experimental laboratory.
After wandering the devastated landscape, Marcellus arrived in Norfolk, where he encountered Captain Eliza Stanton. Seeing her budding community, he joined forces with her, using his knowledge to develop sustainable farming and water purification systems for Haven.
Marcellus was known for his compassion and wisdom, often acting as a mediator during conflicts. He also trained apprentices, ensuring his knowledge was passed down to future generations. After his death, Haven’s main agricultural district was renamed Crowe’s Fields in his honor.
