President Jane, CFR Legislative Branch and the new syndicalist settlements sign a treaty for reintegration into the Commonwealth Federal Republic under the terms that they are allowed to run their settlements and choose their representatives through their own system of coops and unions. Revolutionaries are pardoned under the guise of self-defense as the extent of the human rights abuses by WIP and other large employers come to light. After the dust settled the revolution was viewed not as a violent overthrow but as an example of brutal but necessary commonwealth justice just like the old days.
