The Universe / What Is
Commonly known as "The Universe" by those not in the know, or "Yggdrasil" by some religions, What Is is the currently most understood plane of reality, wherein the Judgements reside & law reigns where the light shines. It is the primary setting of Fallen London alongside its counterpart - What Is Not, the world of chaos, disorder, & dreams that exists outside of the world tree.
Macrocosmologists theorise that this plane of existance appears as a large hypothetical tree, where-in star systems & more rarely entire galaxies are linked through tunnels carved from an unknown phenomenon referred to as "the Great Sculpt."
