Evoyin revolts against their Khorus overlord.

Evoyin stages a full revolt against the Khorusian forces. With Jirthrukon's army locked up in the invasion in Atrepia, the Khorusian forces garrisoned there are quickly overwhelmed with no hope of reinforcement.   The Khorusian banner is thrown off the tower and the city rejoices in it's freedom.
