The Avisaar find a way to suppress Ceimond's spell-plague.

The Avisaar found a way to suppress Ceimond's curse that was bestowed on it by Jirthrukon. A powerful ritual was preformed. The curse is still technically active, as even the Avisaar didn't have the power to fully dispel it, but it's effects were greatly diminished - almost to the point of being nullified.   Ceimond begins to recover.   The Avisaar decide to not report the findings and leaves the city in a state of Quarantine as to not notify Khorus of their recovery, fearing it would leave the recovering city open to invasion.
