Anhel's Rules

Anhel's rules:

To get help, you must ask for help.* Once requested, all reasonable help will be provided in a timely fashion, but miracles cannot be accomplished on demand. As such, don't avoid your health checkups unless you have medical insurance.

*Special provision is made for those incapable of doing so, consisting of a law enforcement section known as judges, who will seek out the silent, hear their stories and take action on their behalf.

All law enforcement above a neighborhood watch must be overseen by the city administration.

Neighborhoods may choose their leaders however they choose; however, Wardens are designated by the Wardmark itself, so each district will have to work that out for themselves.

In addition, while we will obviously not be having any citywide elections, an educated populace pleases me. Thus, schools will be established in accordance with guidelines laid down by a chosen council, and legal status will be granted based upon progress through educational milestones (or via one of several equivalencies). In practice there will be opportunies for those unsuited to education to pursue their own lives while achieving the desired legal status at their own pace.

It is the responsibility of the Wardens to see to their district's defense in times of strife, but the Archmage Society will bear the burden of organizing the defense of the city, should the need arise.
