Fire Fairy

Residing in the most scorching regions of Faetalia, Fire Fairies are as hot as the environments they inhabit, in more ways than one. Known for their fiery temperaments, these fairies are fiercely passionate, determined, and hardworking. Once they have their mind set on something, they pursue it with a burning dedication.

Fire Fairies are not ones to hesitate, walking head-first into challenges, prepared to blast first and ask questions later. They may not always consider the repercussions of their impulsive actions, not letting themselves break a sweat over it. To them, the only thing to fear is fear itself. And similar to that of the phoenix, Fire Fairies possess an innate ability to bounce back from adversity. Though they may metaphorically turn to ash, their resilience ensures a triumphant return.

The biggest thing that may get in a Fire Fairy's way is their emotions running hot, with anger being the one that raises their temperature the most. But finding ways to redirect these burning feelings can become one of their biggest strengths.

In the volatile landscapes they inhabit, Fire Fairies embody the powerful forces of creation and destruction. They keep flames at bay, the volcano satiated, and make sure every home in Faetalia is kept warm with a crackling fireplace. They are also some of the island's most fierce protectors, always ready to blaze a trail through any challenges they face.

Physical Traits

While you are free to be creative when making your characters, these are traits often found within Fire Fairies. These are not rules so much as guidelines. Take your pick!

Common Traits:

• Flame resistant wings
• Naturally warm skin
• Trails of smoke

Uncommon Traits:

• Fiery hair
• Charred skin
• Flaming fingertips

Rare Traits:

• Fiery Gaze
• Other glowing appendages like fingertips, which can illuminate a room with ease, even without conjuring a flame
• Blue Flames
• Lava Hair

Powers

Each fairy gets an Inherited Power that they are born with. A fairy will then do their best to master their abilities within that power set and eventually develop Talents. Inherited Powers naturally start off weak, and becoming stronger in one's abilities comes with the discovery of one's talent.

Inherited Powers

Fire Fairies only have two inherited powers. But not to worry, they pack a big punch with plenty of talents to choose from.

1. Fire Magic – The ability to wield flickering flames. Fairies with fire magic can conjure and control fire.
2. Lava Magic – The ability to wield, conjure, and control molten lava.

You may only select one Inherited Power, and it must be one of these two. You are able to be more creative with talents, which will stem from the Inherited Power.

Talents

Each talent stems from the fairy's Inherited Power, and vary in rarity, with some talents harder to accomplish than others.

There is plenty of room for creativity when it comes to talents! As long as it in some way relates to the inherited power, and isn't too overpowered, we are excited to see what you come up with!

However, there will also be a level lock when it comes to coming up with your own talents. You must reach level 5 within the server for your fairy to acquire the talent, but you can still put on your doc that they are aspiring for a specific talent that isn't listed here!
