The enigmatic travailing salesman of the planes Garfield the Deals Warlock is a well known figure to adventures. He travels about the world and beyond collecting goods and trading in treasure and magic. A great boon to adventurers he always appears when needed to help them with items and magic. But he is also a shrewd businessman and is not only for the heroes but also the villain for he is neutral. He makes deals on both sides and aids the highest bidder. But he refuses to be paid to actively hinder anyone and will not poison, sabotage, or screw over anyone even for all the gold in the world.
His origin is a mystery and perhaps lost even to himself but his tales are not. He has appeared throughout history aiding heroes and adventurers in their quests as well as securing resources for the villains as well. He is known to carry everything that can be found in a shop and selling at market price. It is unknown how he makes a profit on the supplies but it is known he makes a lot on magic items. He always stocks magic items for sale at absorbent prices. These range in quality from potions to The Flaming Raging Poisonous Sword of Doom! and other lesser things.
