Session III: what is going on here? Report

Our party reconnected at the Calliope. On the way Mirum was separated from the group.   While waiting, they saw a figure watching them. A chase ensued and they were able to capture Kettlesteam , a Kenku.  He also has Zyblina as a patron, and is not terribly fond of Madryck Roslof    He provided the party with some information about the carnival and more details about Zyblina’s disappearance. As payment for helping him he offered to give Candlefoot’s voice back, which he had stolen to cause mischievous for the carnival. He had been trying to annoy Mister Light and Mister Witch to get their assistance.   Our party finally attended the crowning of the Witchlight monarch. This was Thurmst based on his positivity and help in protecting another patron, and his assistance in recovering Candlefoot’s voice. He and Zendarya were invited back to their tent.   Upon arriving the party questioned and tried to intimidate Witch and Light. This did not go over well but they offered to help the party get to Prismeer  to investigate the disappearance of Zyblina, and to try to help with returning order to her kingdom. In turn, each of the party members said the magic words in the hall of illusion and stepped into the portal to Prismeer. Wallace was the last to go, but before he could step through…
