The Dark Wanderer and the wizard Denae join forces to defeat Oriarius, the Mad Angel. During the battle, Denae was slain by the Great Weapon Entropy, and turned into an Archlich. The new undead and the Dark Wanderer defeated Oriarius, and prevented them from shattering the continent they had threatened. After the battle, the Dark Wanderer heard a calm, beautiful female voice. It called him over to the white-hot hilt of the silver blade, and called him by his name: "Gabriel."
